One Piece: Nico Robin's Devil Fruit Is Hito Hito?

One Piece: Nico Robin's Devil Fruit Is Hito Hito?

The revelation of the real facts about Luffy's original devil fruit made One Piece fans not stop talking about this.

Many fans then argue that there are actually several other Hito Hito no Mi devil fruits that may have been "hidden" by Oda Sensei.

As we know, the Gomu Gomu no Mi devil fruit turns out to be Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika.

This makes the Hito Hito no Mi in the One Piece series a total of four pieces.

Besides Luffy, the owner of the devil fruit is Tony Tony Chopper, Gyukimaru, and Sengoku.

However, there is an interesting theory regarding the possible owner or user of another Hito Hito no Mi devil fruit.

In the theory, it is stated that the figure of Nico Robin may be the next owner of the Hito Hito no Mi devil fruit.

As is known, Robin has the Hana Hana no Mi devil fruit where this devil fruit itself has become a source of many theories that have developed among fans.

As mentioned above, Luffy is known to have the Mythological Zoan Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika devil fruit.

Nika herself, based on what is presented in the story, is the figure of the Sun God and also a helper figure for slaves and those who are tormented.

Why then is Nico Robin's Hana Hana no Mi devil fruit theorized to be part of the Hito Hito no Mi devil fruit?

This is due to the ability of the devil fruit, where Robin will be able to have additional arms wherever the surface is. This power is the basis of his theory.

In theory, the ability to have additional arms is likely inspired by a mythological figure in Hindu belief, namely Asura.

Asura itself based on information is a group of gods who are known to have more than one pair of arms.

They are usually seen as enemies of other gods.

Then, there is also another speculation that the figure of Robin and his devil fruit was inspired by one of the goddess figures in Hindu belief, namely Lakshmi.

In fact, there is a color page showing that Oda Sensei may have been inspired by the figure of the goddess Lakshmi, which can be seen from the clothes used on the color page.

The last speculation, Nico Robin's power may be inspired by the figure of Avalokiteshvara or the figure of Kannon in Japanese Buddhist belief.

The goddess figure had also become an inspiration for several other anime series.

For example in the Naruto series, where Hashirama Senju's Thousand Armed Kannon technique was inspired by this figure.

Apart from the above, based on the clues shown throughout the series, it also shows that there is a possibility that Nico Robin's devil fruit is actually a Mythological Zoan type devil fruit.

For example, in the Thriller Bark arc, Nico Robin managed to recover within minutes after Gecko Moria stole her shadow.

In fact, it usually takes a few days for an ordinary human to recover from it.

That is, Robin has a very extraordinary healing factor. Later in the Skypiea arc, Robin was the first person to wake up after being hit by Enel's Goro Goro no Mi attack even though there were many scars on his body.

Robin also has very high stamina, which was proven in the Dressrosa arc when she fought a giant toy, a high-ranking member of the Donquixote family, and ran on hills with the legs she created from her devil fruit all at once.

This means that there is a potential that Robin's devil fruit is a Mythical Zoan, because all of these characteristics are also present in Luffy's figure.

So, in conclusion, even though all the explanations above are still just theories and speculations with not too much evidence, it is clear that there is some kind of connection or inspiration from the power of Nico Robin's devil fruit with the possibility of the devil fruit being the Hito Hito no Mi.

What do you think, do you agree with this?
