There are Still Too Many Mysteries Left if Fyodor Dies

Bungou Stray Dogs Season 5 just wrapped up a few days ago, and I bet you can still feel the tension, right?

Yep, this anime series always manages to keep its audience on the edge of their seats with those crazy plot twists.

Now, for the last episode, it was a real nail-biter and super spoiler-proof because the manga hasn't reached that point yet.

So, in the grand finale, the Armed Detective Agency emerged victorious, and Fyodor bit the dust.

But here's the thing that's been bugging me – is Fyodor really gone for good? Sure, they showed him in that exploding helicopter.

Nikolai even had a hold of his severed hand in that episode, but I can't shake the feeling that Fyodor's death was too easy.

As you all know, Fyodor is one sharp cookie, always scheming and hiding behind those cunning plans.

Moreover, Dazai's trick that successfully defeated him involved Chuya's deception. In this case, Chuya pretended to be a vampire throughout the episode.

Now, if it were Dazai pretending, I might not complain, but it's Chuya doing the acting. I have a feeling Fyodor must have known that Chuya was just putting on a show.

On top of that, if Fyodor is really gone, there are way too many mysteries left hanging. Unlike other characters whose backgrounds unfold gradually throughout the story, Fyodor never got that treatment.

Throughout the narrative, Fyodor remained an incredibly mysterious character, with his background and abilities never clearly explained.

Given his significant role in the story, it would be quite odd for him to suddenly kick the bucket without any explanation about his background whatsoever.

So, if down the line, Fyodor unexpectedly pops up in the midst of Bungou Stray Dogs' story again, I wouldn't be surprised one bit.

Yeah, this is just my speculation, not necessarily the truth. So, what do you guys think? Is Fyodor really gone for good?
