The Strongest Character Jujutsu Kaisen According to the Creator Gege Akutami!

Jujutsu Kaisen is one of the anime titles that has recently become very popular all over the world. 

The anime adaptation of the manga, written and drawn directly by Gege Akutami, was first released in 2020 and has so far completed its first season, with season 2 set to air in 2023. 

Since then, many fans have been curious about the strongest character in Jujutsu Kaisen, considering that there are so many very tough characters in it.

For those who don't know, Jujutsu Kaisen itself focuses on a high school student Yuji Itadori who joins the secret organization of the Jujutsu Wizards to remove the curse of a powerful demon that is in his body, namely Ryomen Sukuna who makes Yuji his host. 

In the process he meets a number of other talented magicians, including his best friends Megumi Fushiguro and Nobara Kugisaki. 

Not to forget their teacher, Gojo Satoru, who became one of the strongest character candidates in Jujutsu Kaisen.

In his recent chat with publisher Shuesha, mangaka Gege Akutami said that the strongest of them all are Toji Fushiguro and Maki Zen'in. 

It didn't stop there, when asked who had the strongest physical strength, Gege replied, "ignoring Toji and Maki, [the strongest] is Kenjaku with the body of Suguru Geto."

Meanwhile, when discussing who is the strongest character without weapons and cursed energy in Jujutsu Kaisen, Gege replied, "Ignoring Toji and Maki, then Kenjaku and Gojo Satoru are at more or less the same level."

"Only after that, Naoya Zen'in, Megumi Fushiguro, and Mai Zen'in."

From this disclosure, it is safe for us to conclude that the strongest characters in Jujutsu Kaisen are held by Toji and Maki. 

With the following order, Toji and Maki > Kenjaku and Gojo > Naoya > Megumi > Mai.
