One Piece 1068: Monkey D Garp and Rocks D Xebec Are Brothers

Several interesting theories continue to emerge ahead of One Piece 1068's release next week, one of which is about Monkey D Garp, Monkey D Dragon, and Rocks D Xebec.

Who would have thought, in theory ahead of One Piece 1068 that it turns out that Rocks D Xebec has a kinship with Monkey D Garp!

So, is it possible that Rocks D Xebec is actually the father of Monkey D Dragon, not Monkey D Garp?

However, some interesting things keep popping up ahead of the release of One Piece 1068 which is scheduled for next week, one of which is regarding Monkey D Dragon.

A speculation says that it turns out that Monkey D Garp and Rocks D Xebec have a family relationship, namely brother and sister.

Rocks D Xebec is said to be the older brother, while Monkey D Garp is the younger brother.

As for their clans, they are different because Xebec prefers to use his mother's surname, just like the Portgas D Ace incident.

Then, if it is true that Rocks D Xebec and Monkey D Garp are brothers, then who is the biological father of Monkey D Dragon?

So far, it has been confirmed by Eiichiro Oda that Monkey D Dragon is indeed the son of Monkey D Garp.

However, indirectly if Rocks D Xebec and Monkey D Garp are brothers, then Monkey D Dragon is Xebec's nephew.

And it also means that Rocks D Xebec and Monkey D Garp are Luffy's grandfathers.

All these facts further reinforce Monkey D Garp's intention of wanting Dragon and Luffy to become Marines.

Maybe, Monkey D Garp didn't want them both to suffer the same fate as his brother; Rocks D Xebec.

Not to mention Monkey D Garp no longer wants to face a situation where he has to beat up the family he loves, because they are on opposite sides.

However, it seems that Rocks D Xebec's passion for conquering the world and overthrowing the power of the World Government, was passed on to Monkey D Dragon.

Likewise with Luffy who has indirectly opposed the World Government because he has repeatedly caused trouble such as in the Marineford War, defeated several Shichibukai, and others.
