According to Variety, Reeves has renewed his overall television deal with Warner Bros. TV through his production company, 6th & Idaho. The partnership, which originally began in 2020, means Reeves will continue developing TV projects exclusively for the studio.

Warner Bros. TV Group chairman Channing Dungey praised the filmmaker, saying he has "a true knack for getting into the psyche of his characters." The renewal arrives even as the corporate future of Warner Bros. Discovery remains uncertain amid takeover chatter involving Paramount Skydance.

Meanwhile, in the DCU camp, Adria Arjona — known for Andor, Hit Man, and Blink Twice — told ScreenRant she is scared of accidentally revealing her mystery character in Man of Tomorrow, the sequel to James Gunn's Superman (2025).

"I don't want to lie, but I also want to protect the audience's experience," Arjona said. "It's a little dance that I'm learning to navigate, and it's hard." When pressed for even a context-free spoiler, she laughed: "I really don't want to get fired, so I'm gonna keep my mouth shut."

Arjona confirmed she has already wrapped filming and celebrated with co-stars David Corenswet and Nicholas Hoult alongside Gunn and DC Studios co-CEO Peter Safran.
