Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 3 Poster

Percy Jackson Season 3 Just Dropped Its First Teaser at SDCC 2026 — And It's Already Giving Us Chills

Demigods, assemble — San Diego Comic-Con 2026 just delivered one of its biggest surprises, and it involves everyone's favorite son of Poseidon. Disney+ officially dropped the first teaser trailer for Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 3 on July 23, sending thousands of Hall H fans into absolute chaos. The verdict? This season is going to be massive.

If you've been waiting to see The Titan's Curse come to life, the wait is almost over. Here's everything we learned from the panel, the trailer, and that gorgeous new poster.

What the Teaser Reveals: The Titan's Curse Is Here

Season 3 adapts the third book in Rick Riordan's bestselling series, and the teaser wastes zero time setting the stakes. The trailer opens with Thalia Grace (played by newcomer Tamara Smart) battling a monster in an empty parking lot — until Percy Jackson (Walker Scobell) swoops in to help. But instead of gratitude, Thalia snaps at him. Classic demigod drama.

Then the emotional gut punch: Annabeth Chase (Leah Sava Jeffries) has gone missing. Percy, Grover (Aryan Simhadri), and Thalia must embark on a cross-country rescue mission while the Oracle of Delphi drops the prophecy to end all prophecies: "One demigod child of the Big Three is fated to raise Olympus to new heights — or bring it crashing into ruin, with their own life hanging in the balance." No pressure, right?

The Cast Just Leveled Up — Big Time

Disney isn't playing around with the casting this season. Alongside returning favorites, Season 3 introduces an absolutely stacked lineup:

  • Dafne Keen (Logan, The Acolyte) as Artemis, goddess of the hunt
  • Ming-Na Wen (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Mandalorian) as Hera
  • Holt McCallany (Mindhunter) as the Titan Atlas
  • Jesse L. Martin (The Flash) as Frederick Chase, Annabeth's father
  • Levi Chrisopulos and Olive Abercrombie as Nico and Bianca di Angelo
  • Saara Chaudry as Zoë Nightshade, Artemis's fierce lieutenant

Yes, you read that right — the di Angelo siblings are finally making their live-action debut, and if you know the books, you know this is a huge deal. Nico becomes one of the franchise's most important characters down the line.

When Can You Watch It?

Mark your calendars: November 20, 2026. That's when all eight episodes hit Disney+. The show has been on an impressive trajectory — Season 1 broke records as one of Disney Branded Television's biggest launches, and Season 2 (which adapts The Sea of Monsters) kept the momentum going when it dropped in December 2025.

This season also marks the first time The Titan's Curse has ever been adapted into live-action — the original film series never got this far, so we're in completely uncharted territory. And with Riordan himself heavily involved as an executive producer alongside Jonathan E. Steinberg and Dan Shotz, fans can expect the same book-faithful approach that made the first two seasons so beloved.

Bottom line: Season 3 looks darker, bigger, and way more ambitious. If the teaser is anything to go by, Percy Jackson and the Olympians is about to hit its stride — and November 20 can't come fast enough.
