8 K-Dramas to Watch in July 2026: Netflix, Disney+ and More

July 2026 is turning into a serious month for K-drama fans. Whether you are into haunted palaces, assassin reunions, or slow-burn family melodramas, the lineup covers pretty much every mood. With big names like Park Eun-bin, Nam Joo-hyuk, and Lee Dong-wook returning to the small screen, there is no excuse to let your watchlist collect dust.

Here are eight new Korean dramas dropping this July and where you can stream them.

Thrillers, Melodramas, and Occult Romance

Kicking things off on July 4 is The Husband on KBS2 and Disney+. Min Namgoong plays Kang Tae-ju, a neurosurgeon who becomes the prime suspect when his wife disappears right after he asks for a divorce. Lee Seol and Kim Dae-myung round out a cast that promises plenty of twists.

Two days later, MBC drops Family Relationship Certificate, a 120-episode family melodrama starring Park Se-young as an aspiring artist carrying childhood trauma, while Han Go-eun plays her estranged mother, a former cellist. If you are in the mood for emotional healing and complicated mother-daughter dynamics, mark July 6.

On July 18, Netflix and tvN bring Spooky in Love, an occult rom-com led by Park Eun-bin as a hotel heiress who sees ghosts. She teams up with prosecutor Ma Gang-wook, played by Yang Se-jong, to solve murders only she can fully perceive. With Ong Seong-wu also on board, the chemistry should be worth the weekly wait.

Dark Fantasy, Gangster Comedy, and Fan-Favorite Returns

Possibly the biggest Korean release of the summer, The East Palace arrives on Netflix and tvN on July 17. Nam Joo-hyuk stars as Gu-cheon, a man who can walk between the living and the dead, while Roh Yoon-seo plays a court lady hiding a dangerous secret. Directed by Choi Jung-gyu, the historical fantasy also features Cho Seung-woo.

Also this month, The Apartment Job on tvN and Disney+ flips the gangster trope: Ji Sung plays a former mobster who runs for his apartment residents’ association president to steal a slush fund, only to accidentally become the hero everyone needed.

For a lighter fantasy vibe, Love in Sync on ENA and Disney+ explores “emotional transference,” where a man who feels too much swaps feelings with a woman who refuses to feel at all. Kim Myung-soo of INFINITE stars opposite Kang Min-ah.

Finally, the one many fans have been waiting for: A Shop for Killers Season 2 lands on Disney+ in July, with Lee Dong-wook returning as Jin-man alongside Kim Hye-jun. Expect more assassin family secrets and a larger international scope.

Final Thoughts

From The Husband to A Shop for Killers Season 2, July 2026 is packed with enough K-drama variety to keep you indoors all month. Whether you stream on Netflix, Disney+, or catch simulcasts on tvN, there is something here for every mood. Which title are you starting first?
