5 K-Dramas Coming to Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video in June 2026 That You Need to Watch

June 2026 Is About to Be a Huge Month for K-Drama Fans
If you thought the K-drama wave was slowing down, June 2026 is here to prove you wrong. Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video are all rolling out major new Korean series this month, and the lineup covers everything from medical romances to hard-hitting action thrillers. We are talking Lee Jae-wook from Alchemy of Souls, Choi Min-sik of Oldboy fame, and Seo In-guk from Death's Game — all dropping new shows within weeks of each other. Here is everything you need to know.
The Heavy Hitters: Doctor on the Edge and Teach You a Lesson
June kicks off with Doctor on the Edge (also known as Endurance Doctor), premiering June 1 on Disney+/Hulu. Lee Jae-wook plays Do Ji-ui, a talented plastic surgeon who gets assigned to Pyeondongdo — a remote island village that his colleagues consider a medical warzone. There, he teams up with the island's public health center crew and develops feelings for nurse Yook Ha-ri, played by Shin Ye-eun from Netflix's The Glory. Based on the Kakao webtoon by Kim Tae-poong, this 12-episode medical romance is directed by Lee Myung-woo and looks like it will be the kind of healing drama that keeps you bingeing past midnight.
Just four days later, Netflix drops Teach You a Lesson on June 5, and this one is wild. Based on the Naver Webtoon Get Schooled by Chae Yong-taek and Han Ga-ram, it follows the fictional Educational Rights Protection Agency (ERPA) — a government task force authorized to use physical force against delinquent students and corrupt teachers. Kim Mu-yeol (Juvenile Justice) leads as ERPA agent Na Hwa-jin, with Jin Ki-joo (Moon Lovers), Lee Sung-min, and Pyo Ji-hoon rounding out the cast. Director Hong Jong-chan is turning a satirical webtoon into what promises to be an explosive action-drama. Think My Name meets The Glory — but inside a high school.
Do Not Sleep on These Either: Notes from the Last Row and See You at Work Tomorrow
Netflix is not done for the month. On June 26, they are releasing Notes from the Last Row, starring none other than Choi Min-sik — yes, the Choi Min-sik from Oldboy, I Saw the Devil, and The Admiral: Roaring Currents. He plays Heo Mun-o, a Korean literature professor and failed novelist who despises his increasingly clueless student body — until he discovers one student with genuine talent. Choi Hyun-wook (Move to Heaven) plays the gifted student, with Heo Joon-ho also on board. Directed by Kim Kyu-tae, this one could be the sleeper hit of the summer.
Meanwhile, Prime Video picks up See You at Work Tomorrow! on June 22. It stars Seo In-guk as Kang Si-woo, a rigid department manager, and Park Ji-hyun (Reborn Rich) as Cha Ji-yoon, a burned-out product planner who has sworn off romance. Based on the Tapas manhwa Back to Work! by McQueen STUDIO, this 12-episode rom-com is from Studio Dragon and Kross Pictures, with Kang Mi-na (Welcome to Samdal-ri) and Won Gyu-bin in supporting roles.
Rounding out the month, My Royal Nemesis continues its run on Netflix with new episodes, so if you have not caught that one yet, now is the time. Between all of these, June is shaping up to be one of the most stacked months for K-drama content in 2026. Whether you are team medical romance, team school vigilante action, or team workplace rom-com — there is something waiting for you.
